My family has decided to liquidate our island property in Camarines Norte. It is 47 Hectares and is totally untouched and virgin. It was purchased by my grandfather in 1971 and we have complete documents such as deed of sale and tax declarations all the way up to 2009.
The island has white sand beach in front. But the best part are the cliffside caves at the back. There are 7 large caves at the back of the island. 4 of which have not yet been explored.
The island - called Isla Ingalan - is located only 6 kms away from the coastal towns of Daet and Paracale. In fact, it's vicinity is so close that all 3 major mobile networks like Globe, Smart, and Sun Cellular have full bar signal on the island.
The island is part of the Calaguas Group of islands, known for it's scuba diving spots and tourist beaches.

Price is set at PHP16M for the entire 47 hectares exclusive of capital gains tax. This is way below the prevailing value of islands in the area. Our per square meter price is PHP34 only whereas the neighboring islands are being sold at PHP49 per square meter.
